Traveling or working remotely on occasion need not interfere with hosting a Fellow, but in your absence, a staff person who will be on-site needs to be designated with responsibility for the fellow to ensure adequate work, support, and opportunities.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.legacyintl.org\/pfp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/Project-Plan.png\" alt=\"Project Plan\" itemprop=\"image\" height=\"100\" width=\"100\" title=\"Project Plan\" onerror=\"this.style.display='none'\" loading=\"lazy\" \/>\n<h2>\n\t\t\tA clear project plan\t<\/h2>\n\t<p>A clear plan for what the fellow will do at your organization is a must for the success of the fellowship. It is such a short time frame that there is usually not enough time for it to unfold organically. There is no need to strictly adhere to the plan but it can provide you a helpful guide.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.legacyintl.org\/pfp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/Check-in-Meetings.png\" alt=\"Check In Meetings\" itemprop=\"image\" height=\"100\" width=\"100\" title=\"Check In Meetings\" onerror=\"this.style.display='none'\" loading=\"lazy\" \/>\n<h2>\n\t\t\tRegular check-in meetings\t<\/h2>\n\t<p>We have found that a regular check-in meeting, at least weekly, has can ensure expectations are being met from both ends and enable swift adjustments as needed.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.legacyintl.org\/pfp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/Support.png\" alt=\"Support\" itemprop=\"image\" height=\"100\" width=\"100\" title=\"Support\" onerror=\"this.style.display='none'\" loading=\"lazy\" \/>\n<h2>\n\t\t\tProject support\t<\/h2>\n\t<p>Throughout their time in the fellowship placement, Fellows work to develop a project that addresses a need in their country or community.
