  • White House reaction to the debates inside the Congress- Article I of the U.S constitution requires every bill, order, resolution or other act of legislation by the Congress to be presented to the US president for his approval. In theory, the US president can reject the bill and send it back to the Chamber of Congress from which it originated along with a veto message stating his reasons for rejecting it. There are so many rules and regulations regarding this process but there is an interesting interaction between the White house and the Congress in what is called “Statement of Administration policy”.
